Payment & Security
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt/ proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com detailing your return request. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods, such as Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup/ Beauty products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
In order to return merchandise, an RMA number must be obtained from our customer service department.
Unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt. A refund will be issued less any shipping charges.
Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items due to health reasons.

We require the following information to process your return:
- RMA number
- Full name and address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Packing slip
- Original Order Confirmation Number
- Your reason for returning the merchandise

Items shipped from our US or EU warehouses must be returned to the same. Return address will be provided with the RMA for those items.
All returns must be shipped back to Parfumerie using a trackable courier and Delivery Confirmation.
Any package that has not been received by Parfumerie and tracking information not provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.
Damaged Product Claims:
Each package and their contents are triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely. If a customer claims that one of the products is damaged, they may file a claim with us to investigate the situation.
After receiving the claim, Parfumerie in most circumstances, will request that the damaged product be shipped back to its warehouse for inspection. After inspection, we will pursue a claim with the Shipping Company on behalf of the customer that they didn't deliver the product in a safe manner. If funds are returned to us from the shipping company we will credit the customer's account for the product. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to a few months. However, there is no guarantee that shipping company will accept our claim.
If your package is returned to Parfumerie marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", a refund will be issued for the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Cancel Your Order
Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you have any other questions, please contact our customer service department.
